Internet Debate 7/7: Which is the Salt Shaker & Which is the Pepper Shaker?

This poor guy's head is about to explode.

Here is trying show off his girlfriend's display of love and *BOOM* simple questions get complex answers.

For simplicity, I would roll with the salt residing in the shaker with "SALT" on it and pepper with the word "PEPPER" on for when I mindlessly reach for either seasoning.

But I do recognize that it should be the other way around. I saw believe that the creator of these novelty shakers should answer definitively which is which or face prison time.
